Kiss (Katauta)


Katauta is a form of Waka. It’s actually a poem fragment with syllable pattern as 5/7/7. This form was used for poems addressed to a lover. When two Katauta are written, the second part having the same event but through the different perspective, it is called Sedoka. 

I know this pattern

you will breathe inside me first

then leaving me in craving
