Janmastami sky blanketed; lights of city making it red

The Park Street 42 color in tri-color glittering flouroscently

‘morrow is Independence Day, seventieth it will be.

Serenity of calmness beckoning to write something blue.

A day passed; a year subtracted from the forever promised.

The thoughts are riding fast; Aix is far still it is close it’s seems.

The drowsy bypass shaking up from drowsiness with zip

Of cars, buses, bikes before reinstalling the interim silence.

The flattering of Pujabarshiki saying puja is not far,

The autumn is not so far; the wind nocturnal is calm

Surprisingly ’cause there was no shower to-day.

The curtains of southern windows are clapping on my legs

Before slapping on the girth. A quietness coming up–

From this phantom zone where I lie; a hazy made-path

Entwined between the conceive & the creation.

The reality of life I keep vaulted in the darkness of the night.
