After Thousand Miles…

How far you travel, how many miles you may wander to be lost

You’ve to come back to that corner to feel self, to be calm.

She’ll be there if you return home late, whatever the time is.

She’ll be there to caress you if you feel down and blue.

But, there’s a place, actually a corner inside her

That she doesn’t hide it or curtained it.

But, that you can’t traverse.

She’ll let you drive her around, and, will let you love her.

And even if you traverse into, then be careful

’cause it is where you’ll see self in the purest form,

How far you travel, how many miles you may wander to be lost

You’ve to come back to that corner to feel self, to be calm.

She’ll let you waltz with her in the symphony of spring air.

She’ll be there beside you when you’ll want to have a shadow.

Then, she’ll laugh at you with the eyes tender and vibrant

And you’ll know you’re standing at the door of the corner.

The corner where another you waiting, where another she is

The corner where the summer breeze concealed to drive the

Winter away you hold from the bygone season.

And there’s the corner, secret, she holds and you denied.

How far you travel, how many miles you may wander to be lost

You’ve to come back to that corner to feel self, to be calm.
