For Bikurgurl’s 100 Word Wednesday#90….
Everyone’s looking for and calling him. Mr. Rao is silent; sometimes he’s joining others, but, with disinterest—that’ll be only detected by him. He knows he prefers getaway from all these humdrum and microphoned-chaos and boasting and cuddling.
“Rao, where is Joe?”Mr. Das Gupta comes up with disturbance.
Rao now stirred. After all this Das Gupta is his Boss. He looks around and at once knows where he is.
He walks beyond the canopy. In the heap of the fallen leaves, Joe lies with his head on his front paws. And blinking at him and wagging his tail—he’s awake.

I love this take on the image — such a cute, cuddly dog, but so many stories wrapped up in the image 😉 Thank you for joining us again this week! I’m behind on my reading, but so enjoying catching up!! See you for another 100 Word Wednesday soon 🙂

microphoned-chaos and boasting – love this phrase, brilliant description of political and corporate drama – now wonder the dog ran off
