The Enchantress & Her Father (Pantoum)

My pen is out of ink or has it freeze? It might be my thinking also…
Loitering here and there…picking up bits like pigeon takes up…
The lunch was not so great, but, was not so worst..it’s actually the wine…
The eve band singing, or, trying to, an old, though new*, R.D. Burman song…

Loitering here and there…picking up bits like pigeon takes up,
My thoughts remembrance the smile…innocent but seductive…
The eve band singing, or, trying to, an old, though new, R.D. Burman“ song…
She was at the counter…she’s still there…spreading her enchanting smile…

My thoughts remembrance the smile…innocent but seductive
The owner, her father, asked me, how much can I pay for her…
She was at the counter…she’s still there…spreading her enchanting smile…
My ’41 Knucklehead**, that belongs to me as hereditary, is beckoning me…

I want to feel the air…I want to bask in this autumn setting sun hue.
My pen is out of ink or has it freeze…it might be my thinking that is…
I should leave the hotel now or her smile–whatever it cost–will entrap me…
The lunch was not so great, but, was not so worst..it’s actually the wine
